UK benefits

Private medical entitlement

We have set up a voluntary group private medical scheme to which all employees of Incisive Media and its subsidiaries are eligible to join once they have passed their probationary period. We have worked closely with Truestone (company IFA) to agree a package that is best suited for our employee's needs.

Pension entitlement

All employees are entitled to join the Group Personal Pension Scheme on successful completion of their probationary period. This scheme is administered by the company's IFA - Truestone.

Childcare Vouchers

Incisive Media has in place a Childcare Voucher Scheme in conjunction with Fair Care Services Ltd. We offer employees with parental responsibilities childcare vouchers worth up to £243.00 per month, free of tax and national insurance.

Season ticket loan

Incisive Media offer an interest free Season Ticket Loan to all employees on completion of their probationary period.

Gym membership

You are eligible to take advantage of gym membership offers on successful completion of their probationary period.

Hong Kong benefits

We currently provide employees various benefits, including:-

Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) entitlement
On completion of working for a period of 30 days, you will be required to join the mandatory provident fund. There will be a 5% contribution on your monthly salary which capped at HK$1,000 if relevant income over HK$20,000.

Group Life Assurance
All employees will be covered under the Company’s Group Life Assurance scheme from the date of commencement with the Company.

Medical Insurance
All employees will be entitled to join the Company medical scheme upon your completion of your probation period.

Holidays
All employees are entitled to have 15 days annual leave per annum.

Paternity Leave
An employee whose wife gives birth to a child is entitled to one week paternity leave, provided that he has 40 weeks’ continuous service by the end of the 15th week before the week in which the child is expected. Paternity leave is granted in addition to annual holiday entitlement.
