Appointment of Non Executive Director
- 4 Mar 2010Brian joined 3i in 1974. In 1992, he was appointed director of finance and planning and in 1994 as Finance Director he project-managed 3i's successful flotation on the London Stock Exchange. In 1997 he was appointed Chief Executive of the FTSE 100 Company. In 2004 Brian retired from 3i. In addition to his experience in private equity, Brian is also a director of Smith and Nephew plc, F&C Asset Management plc and Gate Gourmet Group Holdings.
