Professional Broking is the monthly management magazine for insurance brokers

Professional Broking was launched as a sister to Post Magazine in 1994 and is the only audited business magazine focused on insurance broker managers. PB aims to deliver 'Business Intelligence for Broker Managers', looking at topics as diverse as the tax implications of green strategies and reviewing the latest employee benefits, to assessing wider economic and business issues.

Editorial philosophy

We are the magazine that helps broker managers develop successful strategies whatever the business environment. The last two years have proved transformational for insurance brokers in the UK, and we have interviewed the industry big hitters who have been in the ‘eye of the storm’. As the market changes we aim to give managers essential information on the competition, the state of the market and the challenges that lie ahead in a competitive market.

We provide information in print, online and ‘on air’ covering a myriad of topics including legal dilemmas, broking opportunities, insurers’ service, human resource minefields, regulation challenges, and our readers’ views in our quarterly Sentiment Survey. Professional Broking has always been targeted at forward thinking brokers and now it seems the market is following our lead.

Changes to regulation, IT and broker ownership mean brokers are being forced to shape up or get out and, as ever, Professional Broking is there to help our readers become the winners
