Gold Standard Awards 2007

Gold Standards Product Provider Baseboard™ Entry Forms

COMPANY BASEBOARD | INTERMEDIARY BASEBOARD

Guidelines

This is the initial part of the entry process for the Gold Standard Awards 2007. After filling in this form you will be issued with a username and password that will enable you to access the Gold Standards BaseBoard™ questionnaire, produced in association with TCF Index. The BaseBoard™ questionnaire forms the basis of the judging process, which relies on entrants attaching the appropriate evidence in support of their answers.

Please complete all questions as fully as possible and attach supporting material to the appropriate question. Do not use supporting material as an alternative to answering the question. Help is given beneath questions where appropriate, together with details of the supporting evidence that the Judges will be looking for. The Judging Committee and those involved in the awards process will treat the contents of this questionnaire in complete confidence. In addition, if you do not progress to the shortlisted stage your entry into the awards can remain confidential. You will also be given the opportunity to receive your Gold Standard BaseBoard™ if you so wish

  • Please read the guidance notes for further help on completing the questionnaire. It is important you answer each question as fully as possible in order to ensure you obtain the maximum number of points.
  • The BaseBoard™ process does require you to answer every question. If you feel you cannot answer a question because, say, it does not apply to your particular business structure, then please indicate this with an appropriate answer so the Judging Committee can take this into account.
  • The deadline for completing the questionnaire is 13th August 2007.

You can enter more than one category, but you must complete a separate questionnaire for each category entered. Please note that all fields marked * are mandatory.
