Please sum up your role in a few sentences
I am the editor of BusinessGreen and I am responsible for brand's day-to-day reporting and future direction. My role is to ensure that BusinessGreen remains the UK's leading green business media brand, and is constantly breaking news and shaping the agenda across this increasingly influential sector. I am also responsible for supporting BusinessGreen's commercial operations, developing reports, and hosting events for our audience.

What has been a professional highlight for you since working at Incisive Media?
The launch of BusinessGreen and its emergence over four years as the UK's leading green business brand. Over that time, we have had numerous successess, including partnering with The Guardian so that our stories feature regularly on a national website, hosting the inaugural BusinessGreen Awards, establishing BusinessGreen as one of the highest traffic sites for Incisive, and being praised by a senior MP as an "essential read for ministers and shadow ministers".

What element of your job do you enjoy the most?
I am a journalist by temperament and training, and nothing beats the privilege of being able to break news, develop sources, and express your opinion. It is easy to get jaded, but it is always important to remember that we are lucky to perform a vital role that many of our readers depend on. That is where I gain both my professional satisfaction and enjoyment.

What has been your favourite moment at Incisive Media so far?
Being given the chance to expand BusinessGreen and appoint a phenomenally talented team that is a pleasure to work with and is fully committed to what we are trying to achieve.

What word would you use to describe working at Incisive Media?
Not sure there is one word. Will exciting and occassionally exhausting do?
