Please sum up your role in a few sentences
My role consists of daily helpdesk tasks being completed inside their service level agreements, account creation on our sales order processing system, Pivotal, CMS, user accounts, groups and permissions. I also deal with printer setups, office moves which includes data and phone patching throughout Haymarket House. I build, maintain and image machines, server backups and restores as well as project work such wireless network, DR\BCP, New York office relocation.

What has been the professional highlight for you since working at Incisive Media?
The main highlight that sticks out in my mind would be being nominated for Support Person of the Year. Sadly I didn’t win but I was up against some great and hardworking colleagues but being nominated is a great achievement in my eyes.

What element of your job do you enjoy the most?
Having the opportunity to work within a great team.

What has been your favourite moment at Incisive Media so far?
My favourite moment would have to be dressing up as a policeman and performing the YMCA at the Incisive Awards night – that took a few drinks beforehand!

What word would you use to describe working at Incisive Media?
