It was a very successful evening and we were delighted to walk away with four awards out of the five categories we were shortlisted in.
Of particular significance was the highly coveted Team of the Year Award, for our Events Content Team (Risk, Trading Technology and Training). Judges were taken aback by the sheer scale of the operation that the Events Content Team run, and said: “Success has come from a great culture that has been created within the team. They really do work together as a unit to run a very slick operation, and one that has achieved outstanding success in the last 12 months.”
Incisive Media was awarded the PPA Connect Grand Prix Award for impressing the judges with a “focus on innovation, rethinking and optimising everything from delivery of content to commercial models, all to ensure that they are creating genuine engagement and strong financial returns. It is clear that they have created an enviable culture of togetherness within the team which has then provided the perfect platform for some truly impressive results”.
The European Financial Information Summit won Conference of the Year (under 300 delegates), with the judges saying it was “an impressive performance from a brand that owns its market, and a fantastic team effort which resulted in great feedback from the target audience and impressive revenue growth. From conception to launch, every detail of this event was carefully considered and then implemented to the highest standard to ensure its success”.
Risk USA was awarded Conference of the Year (more than 300 delegates) and the judges praised the “innovative approach taken by the Risk USA team”, adding that it “really made them stand out in this competitive category.
