Investment Week journalists enhance digital offering by creating monthly podcasts

May 18, 2015

In a move to improve its digital delivery of content, the Investment Week editorial team are now producing monthly podcasts, downloadable from iTunes.

The podcasts feature interviews with the biggest names in the funds industry and analysis of the stories affecting the investment marketplace.

In the first podcast, Investec Asset Management’s Max King discussed the impact of the Swiss National Bank’s currency action and the outlook for the eurozone, and Investment Week journalists asked whether Tesco is a true value opportunity.

Episode 2 featured AXA Wealth’s Head of Investing Adrian Lowcock, who explained how you can tell a future winner from a fad fund. Natixis’ deputy CEO Chris Jackson talked about product development and meeting fund buyers’ needs. And the Investment Association’s latest sector overhaul plans were analysed.

Episode 3 was a Budget special, where JP Morgan Asset Management strategist David Stubbs analysed the headlines from the Chancellor’s speech.

The most recent episode, number 4, was a general election special with Neptune’s chief economist James Dowey talking about the implications for markets of the political ‘ugly contest’. We also asked what ails Alliance Trust.
