Adele Gray - Head of Research

Adele worked for a consumer marketing and PR agency before joining Incisive Media in 1998. She managed the marketing and market research functions of various products within the Incisive portfolio, before launching Incisive Research in 2003 with a particular focus on financial services. Now she manages the research within the retail and institutional sectors, conducting quantitative and qualitative research offline, online and in-person.

Des is an Oxford law graduate who qualified as a US Attorney in New York and as an English solicitor before working as a journalist for Legal Week. He worked for Slaughter and May, Linklaters and Dewey Ballantine. He became Director of Research in 2005 and analyses research findings for law firms in a series of management presentations.

Matthew is Managing Principal of Unquote Intelligence and has been working in market research and consulting for 12 years. After graduating from Oxford University with a degree in Modern Languages, he worked for Networks Marketing Consulting in Germany, before founding and running its UK office. In 2003 he joined Incisive Media, setting up Incisive Strategy and subsequently leading research for the newly acquired Alternative Assets division in 2005. The following year, Matthew was appointed Managing Principal of Unquote Intelligence, working with clients such as 3i, Apax Partners, Coller Capital, CVC, Grant Thornton, LDC and many more.
