At Incisive Media we are committed to supporting the learning and development of our staff. Our aim is to provide careers that are challenging and motivating, and this can mean an investment in training to advance the skills and knowledge of all our people.

We provide a wide range of training in different formats, be that e-learning, coaching and formal classroom training. All this is aimed to be practical, engaging and participative. We have core courses in sales, editorial and management. We also offer a wide range of soft skills and of course more technical courses which are required for those in production and IT.
As well as internal training courses, Incisive Media also operates a study package policy offering support for those wishing to continue formal education that contributes to their job development.
We also run our highly successful trainee schemes for those starting their careers in Editorial and Sales. These programmes are intensive with substantial development, especially over the first 12 months.
Whichever area you work in, the major requirement from us is that you take charge of your own development - through conversations with your line manager and your HR Adviser about your career aspirations and goals which will help identify your training needs.
