At Incisive Media our goal is to recruit and retain the very best people operating in the media industry today. This is the culture we have bred that develops our people, which has enabled us to grow from a company of 13 in 1994 to over 750 employees across three continents. This is the real testament to our culture; we live it.
Our products connect business professionals with vital information online, in person and in print. We were one of the first business publishing companies in the UK to have our own in-house TV studios to create our own award-winning multimedia content. Our magazines, websites and events continue to win top industry awards.

Incisive Media has won an impressive array of accolades over the years. Incisive was awarded the AOP Digital Business Publisher of the Year award. The judges were quick to praise our real focus online:

Our market-leading events have also won key external awards, including Event Marketing Team of the Year and Best Use of Social Media.
Our brands continue to be recognised for their excellence within the industries they serve and within the wider publishing community. Risk Magazine has won the PPA's International Business Magazine of the Year; Professional Pensions scooped the prestigious HR Publication of the Year Award at the Towers Watson Awards for Excellence. It's not just our brands that are widely recognised; our journalists are widely praised and regularly win highly respected individual awards. All would say that the award not only is for them personally but also their colleagues in their team.
The Incisive Media Foundation launched in 2010. Its purpose was to engage our staff in fundraising activities for charities that are aligned to our mandate of education and literacy. Over the years we have raised huge amounts for a wide range of charities. This has been from small local charities, industry specific charities to major organisations such as Barnardo's, Princes Trust, DEC and Shelter.
