Strategic capabilities

We helped Schroders to redefine how they talk to clients about their investment experience. This involved developing new narrative content for each of the 10 capabilities that were launched on over 30 websites in 17 languages. We also produced 320 language variation videos and 170 animated website infographics.

Schroders Personal Wealth

Sitting between Lloyds Bank and Schroders to help with the marketing elements of launching their new wealth management joint venture. This year-long project involved project managing 14 different workstreams – everything from brand and strategy development to creating a new digital platform. The project culminated in an all-staff conference for more than 600 employees that was fully managed by MiP.

Sustainability

Helping to project manage the launch of Schroders’ new campaign to define their ESG proposition. This involved defining the scope and workstream structure and was achieved remotely during various lockdowns in 2020.
