One of Incisive Media’s digital marketing apprentices has so impressed her colleagues over the past year that she has been offered a full-time role
In 2013 Incisive Media embarked on an exciting journey with training provider Agilysys Arch and became involved with the digital marketing apprentice scheme, led by the UK Commission for Employment and Skills.
We recruited four digital apprentices to enable them to gain working knowledge of user experience, ad operations, analytics, and app development. We were so impressed with the results that we hired two more apprentices in 2014.
So far three apprentices have successfully completed the digital marketing training course and two have been offered – and to our delight have accepted – roles with Incisive Media. Two apprentices have gone on to do further education.
Connie Rosendale (pictured centre), our most recent recruit from the scheme, has particularly impressed her colleagues and has achieved a nomination for Best Newcomer, one of Incisive Media’s highly desirable annual awards. Here’s what some of her colleagues had to say about her:
