October 4, 2019

We are delighted to announce that Incisive Media’s CEO Jonathon Whiteley has been announced as a ‘One to Watch’ in LDC’s 50 most ambitious leaders of 2019 by LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group.

Sponsored by The Daily Telegraph, the LDC Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders programme shines a light on the stars leading the UK’s mid-sized firms.

The programme’s Ones to Watch category showcases the dynamic and ambitious leaders behind tomorrow’s mid-sized firms. It highlights business leaders that have built extraordinary brands and are punching way above their weight in the growth and export stakes.

Incisive Media chairman Tim Weller said: “I could not be more delighted that Jonathon has been announced as one of LDC’s Ones to Watch. This is a fantastic endorsement of Jonathon’s leadership and the entire company’s efforts over the last few years.

“We have seen significant growth in revenues and managed numerous new events and product launches since we acquired the business in early 2017 and I could not be more proud of that performance and the culture Jonathon has created since he became CEO.”

Jonathon joined Incisive Media in 1998. Having worked in business media for 25 years, he has a wealth of experience of managing digital and live brands through a myriad of business models, in multiple territories and across a wide variety of sectors.

Jonathon spent five years based in Hong Kong leading substantial growth in Incisive Media’s pan-Asian media and events portfolio. He is a director of the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) and a former director of the Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA).
