InPublishing asked Tim Weller about how Incisive Media’s change of focus from publications to communities and print to digital has helped the company deliver content in the format the customers want.
Among other things, he discussed the reorganisation of Incisive Media into two groups, Insight and Business, led by John Barnes and Jonathon Whiteley respectively. This new structure allows the company to be more agile in order to grow and re-invest.
