Financial Services Forum enhances 2021 investment programme with new website

The Financial Services Forum has accelerated its 2021 investment programme with the launch of a re-engineered website.

The new site showcases the Forum’s reinvigorated content strategy, under the auspices of owner Incisive Media and in reaction to a programme of audience research.

The Financial Services Forum is a membership organisation for senior marketing executives and their teams in the financial services sector. It recently trailblazed Incisive’s return to in-person events with a Mortgage Summit at The Vineyard boutique hotel in Newbury, with more than 20 senior-level delegates attending.

The rebuilt content strategy, driven by new editor Alex Sword and in response to audience demand, includes exclusive interviews, opinion pieces and case studies.

On-demand webinars have proved to be extremely popular with the Forum’s users over the past 12 months, and the new site has a library of recorded webinars for members to access.

The site’s community pages – long a favourite with members – have been refreshed, making it easier for members to access the latest thinking in their sector.

At the same time, the site’s Knowledge Centre has been rebranded as the Knowledge Hub and is split into two categories: strategy and tactics. This enables the Forum to serve its two distinct audience more effectively – marketing directors and CMOs who set marketing strategy, and marketing managers who are responsible for implementing this strategy.

“On behalf of the Forum team, I’m delighted to unveil our new website,” said managing director David Cowan. “It is built to ensure an enhanced user experience and ensure we remain at the forefront of financial services marketing thinking for the benefit of our members. The site justly reflects a great deal of hard work by the Forum team, in particular by my colleague Jasmine Butler-Burnham.”
