Our journey

2016

Present

2016

All print products use FSC paper and plant-based inks to ensure they are fully sustainable.

2017

Relocated to carbon efficient office premises in central London. Stopped using single-use plastics in our office and increased our recycling rate to more than 90%, with the goal of increasing this to 95%+.

2018

Partnered with two charities, City to Sea and the Wilderness Foundation, raising £280K for these causes.

2019

Announced a pledge that every event we organise will commit to working towards the International Standard ISO 20121 (Event Sustainability Management Systems). The business follows the guidance set out by the Sustainable Event Alliance (SEA)

2020

Offset all of our electricity usage working in conjunction with specialist provider Bulb, which is accredited by carbon offset projects verified by the Gold Standard, the Verified Carbon Standard or the UNFCCC’s Clean Development Mechanism.

2021 & Beyond

Working to replace carbon offsetting with genuine carbon-neutral products and services. Refurbishment of our offices to ensure they are carbon neutral and we recycle 100% of our waste.
